The fleet is limited to the facilities. During the delivery of the vehicle, the first available vehicle will be delivered.

Campaign Conditions:
• Avis general rental conditions apply. You can reach detailed information from https://www.avis.com.tr/arac-kiralama-kosullari.
• Car rental company can make minimum driver age (25) and year of driving license (2) for vehicles to be rented.
• The car rental company may request credit card submission or otherwise take the authorization at the time of delivery.
• The campaign is limited to fleet facilities. Car rental company can make minimum day application on special dates.
• Biggtravel cannot be held liable if there is no vehicle left until the reservation is made with the preliminary request for vehicle availability.
• Campaign in Turkey, is valid for domestic rentals.
• Can not be combined with other campaigns of the car rental company.
• Avis and Biggtravel reserve the right to change the terms of the campaign
• SUVs and upper group rents (Nissan Qashqaı and equivalent) must be presented with two credit cards.
• Credit card will be requested for extras that may occur outside the vehicle cost.
• If the main driver of the vehicle does not have his own credit card, car rental service cannot be made.
• According to the results of the credit score grade question made by the car rental company, the right to not to be delivered to the person is reserved in the rental company.
 

Sipariş Şartları:
• Tüm ürün ve hizmetler ön sipariş olarak alınmaktadır.
• Siparişinizi verdikten sonra lütfen travel@biggtravel.com adresinden veya 0216 538 65 65 numaralı telefondan hizmet sağlayıcı firma BiggTravel ile iletişime geçiniz. Lütfen siparişinizi verdikten sonra 1 hafta içerisinde talep ettiğiniz hizmete ilişkin tarafınıza gelen onay mailindeki sipariş numaranızı, tarihi ve kullanmak istediğiniz diğer maddeleri netleştiriniz.
• Şirketin hizmet son kullanma tarihine göre öncelikle işletmenin (otel, restoran, atölye ve benzeri hizmet noktaları) müsaitliği kontrol edilecek ve siparişiniz işletmenin müsaitliğine göre karşılanacaktır. Bunun için işletmenin onayı gerekmektedir.
• Şirketin onayı sonrasında firmamız tarafından tarafınıza bir onay/referans numarası (Voucher) gönderilecektir. Bu belge/referans numarası ile belge (Voucher) işletmeye gidecek ve hizmeti alacaksınız.
• Ürün veya hizmet ön siparişi sonrasında Biggtravel yetkilileri ile iletişime geçilmemesi halinde Biggtravel ve Sanal Mağaza sorumlu tutulamaz.

Dikkat:
• Rezervasyon yapıldıktan hemen sonra iptal işlemi yapılmamaktadır.
• Onay/referans numarası (voucher) olmadan siparişler işleme alınmamaktadır.
• Bayram, yılbaşı, sömestr ve resmi tatiller gibi işletmenin belirlediği özel günlerde fiyatlar geçerli değildir.

Aynı gün yapılan rezervasyonlar işleme alınmamakta olup, hizmetin son kullanım tarihi içerisinde kullanılması koşuluyla talep edilen tarihten en az 3 gün önce rezervasyon yapılması gerekmektedir.
